They high fived each other in celebration of murdering Paul Oneal as can be seen from body cam footage, then lied that he was coming at them even though the autopsy agreed with eye witnesses he was shot in the back. They also lied that he had a gun even though there was no gun to be entered into evidence. They had turned off their body cameras during the murder, then turned them back on for the celebration, which also suggests the murder was premeditated.
