gwydion* To those of you in areas with severe weather going on, I hope you are all somewhere safe and warm and dry with plenty of food. My heart goes out particularly to areas with flooding and/or power outage.

* I know this sounds like concern trolling, but every time I see Sarah Palin out in public spouting incoherent word salad, Amy Winehouse's "Rehab" plays in my head and think about her own fans cheering her addiction and egging her on to self destruction. I've genuinely started to worry about Sarah Palin, as I'm assuming drugs or alcohol are involved. (It doesn't look like stroke, though that was my worry the first time it happened). Once could be accident, but in all her recent public appearances she seems to me unable to put a sentence together. I don't like her. I hate everything she stands for. At the same time, I would not wish addiction on my worst enemy. I get it, watching her spout literal nonsense is funny, but I feel uncomfortable mocking someone who may be literally killing herself. I wish she'd get help, but looking at the people around her, I do not think it is likely.
