He lokked around, came for his arm cuddle, spent about half an hour searching the apartment, grumpily sharpened his claws on her favorite chair, came for another long arm cuddle, had a snack, scratched sadly at squirrel's door until i opened it, searched squirrel's room, the apartment, and squirrel's room again.

Meanwhile, Livia was napping peacefully in her cat cave mest, back pressed against my foot. I kept her secret. <.< >.>

To be clear, he wasn't concerned, he was bored and wanted to play with, groom, and or hump her. she wanted a nap.

The special temp meds mean that not counting lungs, PRNs, and the second AS medication dose which I've dropped for the duration, I am taking pills six times a day. This is a lot, even for me. One of these sets must be taken with food. Five can't be taken with food, and one set has to be taken at least a half hour before the other no food meds. Plus I had to move stuff so it doesn't conflict.

I literally spend every waking hour carefully tracking things like when I last drank juice or took temp med. It is exhausting and I hate it. It's helping, but I am very glad I don't have to do this forever.

* Friday: So I went to the last physio appointment. She added a couple more low impact things. The examination really chewed me up, but i expected that. Forage boxes came during lungs, luckily with avocadoes, which are what I mostly wanted anyway.

The forage boxes have been a wee bit better since the turning of the year: higher percentage of useable vegetables and occasionally bread. Foraging in person was so much better. we were still only getting half what normal people had, since I'd not collect anything I didn't think we could use, but there were surprise goodies and useful shelf stable foods, and most weeks decent bread. Weirdly, since early January, they've been tossing avocadoes in, despite the recent shortages. I do like an avocado on a sandwich and guacamole is good when it's fresh, but given the givens (such as If I were to burn the spoons making guacamole, I'd not have spoons to make something to put it on), I have been making avocado toast. The Millennials are right: it is delicious. The recipe says salt, but being me I use the herbed salt they put on hoagies and grinders instead. Omnomnom.

Anyway, by the time I put everything away and did hydrotherapy, It was almost noon. There was nothing for it but to sleep in. I made my first mistake with timing the temp pill, but it isn't the end of the world. I absentmindedly took it with first meds which fucks over effectiveness of three in that batch, but it's not like I'm taking heart of psychiatric medications. My blood level will be low on two things that are long term body maintenance for 24 hours, not ideal, but it's one day. The other is a what I think of as quality of life, so I'll be more symptomatic for a underlying condition, but I have two other meds covering that base and if I'm going to lose a day there, this was a good day to lose a third of coverage. The expanded physio routine delayed things further. I kept needing to do things like rest and curl up in pain.

I came out, started first meal, and fed assorted cats, plants, fish. Someone had blerped all over Rupert and the desk. I had to change my shirt in the middle of cleaning it, because I'm bad with fresh blerp and I couldn't be eating or using the computer until the mess was cleaned, and I inevitably lost it in the middle. It's okay. All the meds were safely digested again.

Add in lungs and dinner and I didn't sit down until Midnight. The pain's a stunner and I am so tired. Odds are the meds mistake is making the tired a bit worse. I need to get my shit together by Sunday. I am not sanguine I'll manage it, but I have two avocadoes in the kitchen and there are tomatoes to last 'til the Millenials bring more.

Oh, and the pharmacy called twice. I asked about the missing lung meds again, as I am supposed to do them in tandem with the other temp meds. I pressed until they sorted it. The prescription was lost in the system and they had to track it down. O.o Supposedly it comes Monday according to the second call. Supposedly.

* It turned out Netflix has Peaky Blinders so I'm finally getting to watch Seasons 3-5. (The library only carries the first two. I got to the scene in season 5 where Mosely introduces himself and offers Thomas Shelby his hand and I involuntarily hissed like a cat and exclaimed, "Don't touch him; he's evil!" I really appreciate several characters actually calling him that, and the general agreement amoung the antihero characters that as bad as most of them are, Mosely was so much worse. I appreciate them showing why Moseley was the worst and so far not trying to humanize him even a little. People should shudder in disgust an horror when they see a NAZI. I wish that were still the case RL in my country.
